Mental Health and Wellbeing should be on the top of every companies’ agenda continuously.
This plan was created to:

I visit companies on a regular basis, doing 1 hour or 1-day presentations on mental health, but I find that most companies book me as a tick box exercise.
‘It’s mental health Awareness week – please can you come in and do a session!’
‘People are working from home – please do a session to help them cope’
‘There’s a pandemic, people are stressed, have you got something that can help?’
Don’t get me wrong – I appreciate companies wanting to assist employees and offer them help and support, but I find that Mental health is not on the Agenda on a continuous basis.
I started asking why and the answers are mostly the same.
‘We don’t have time.’
‘We don’t have resources.’
‘I don’t know where to find all the information.’
‘There’s only one of me and I can’t do it all!’
‘We don’t have a budget for it year-round.’
This has prompted me to help those who lack the manpower, time, resources, and money to keep mental health and wellbeing on the agenda on a continuous basis without it costing them a fortune!
